Lav has been leading SOX related consulting assignments at various technology companies like Webex Communications, JDSU, Ericsson, EFI, Equinix and NetIQ etc. His technical expertise in Sarbanes Oxley Act requirements and it's practical rendition both from the point of view of public companies and external auditors provided him with the unique opportunity to conceive and implement the concept of OnTop®, the flagship application of Xleron. His vision in 'collaboration based business applications' will lead Xleron to great heights.

Praveen has over 10 years of experience in building web collaboration based business office applications. His earlier role in senior management at IBM for 10 years in various parts of the globe resulted in a unique blend of understanding business requirements together with defining technology to support business processes.
